Monthly Online Pediatric Consultation Package – VND 1,500,000/month

This service is designed for parents who would like professional medical guidance throughout their child’s care, especially when busy work schedules make in-person visits difficult to arrange.

After registering, parents can seek advice on various aspects of their child’s health and care, including:

Common symptoms such as coughing, a runny nose, and digestive problems.
Nutrition, sleep, and child development.
How to monitor symptoms at home and recognize when medical attention is needed.
Other concerns related to raising and caring for a child.

Convenient Consultation Arrangements

Consultation channel: A private Zalo group will be created after registration.
Consultation format: Text messaging is preferred, allowing the doctor to review and respond to questions when available. Parents may also send photos related to their child’s condition through Zalo.
Expected response time: Within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Responses may take longer if the doctor is attending to patients, performing surgery, or handling other professional responsibilities.
Package validity: 30 days from the start of the service. The package automatically expires at the end of this period.

Online consultations can help parents save time and effort, avoid unnecessary hospital visits, and obtain professional guidance to make more informed decisions about their child’s care. This approach can also help reduce the burden on healthcare facilities.

Important: Online consultations do not completely replace in-person medical examinations. If your child develops warning signs or symptoms of a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention rather than waiting for a response on Zalo.

Flexible Care: Online Consultations and Home Visits

Many parental concerns can initially be addressed through a Zalo consultation. However, some situations require an in-person examination to assess the child’s condition more accurately.

In addition to online consultations, parents may arrange pediatric home visits and home-based wound care when a mutually convenient appointment can be scheduled, or when the doctor determines that an in-person assessment is necessary.

Services may include:

Physical examinations and assessment of the child’s health.
Dressing changes and wound care.
Removal of surgical stitches when the wound and timing are appropriate.
Guidance for parents on monitoring and caring for their child after a procedure.

Home Visit Fees

VND 300,000 per visit, including transportation within Districts 5, 6, 10, and 11 in Ho Chi Minh City.
For locations outside these districts, an additional VND 50,000 per visit will be charged to help cover fuel expenses.

Home visits must be scheduled and confirmed in advance. Procedures such as dressing changes, stitch removal, and wound care will be performed according to the child’s actual condition and the doctor’s professional assessment.

Please note: The fee covers the home visit and care services. Medical supplies and any additional charges, if applicable, will be discussed with parents in advance.

Online consultation does not replace an in-person examination when one is necessary. If your child has warning signs or requires emergency care, please seek immediate medical attention rather than waiting for a home visit.

How to Register

If you would like a pediatrician to accompany you throughout your parenting journey, you are welcome to register for the monthly consultation package at VND 1,500,000 per 30 days.

Simply scan the QR code to make the bank transfer, then send your registration details using the following format:

Please provide the phone number associated with your active Zalo account so the doctor can add you to the consultation group.

When your 30-day package expires, you may renew your membership by scanning the QR code to make another payment and resubmitting your registration details using the same format.
